Eau de Cologne (EDC), Eau de Toilette (EDT), Eau de Parfum (EDP), and Parfum are
terms used to classify different concentrations of fragrance in perfumes. They
vary in terms of the concentration of essential oils or aromatic compounds used
in their formulation.
- Eau de Cologne (EDC): EDC has the lowest concentration of fragrance oils, typically ranging from 2% to 5%. It is known for its refreshing and light scent. EDCs are often used as splashes or aftershaves and tend to have a shorter lifespan on the skin, requiring more frequent application.
- Eau de Toilette (EDT): EDT has a higher concentration of fragrance oils than EDC, usually ranging from 5% to 15%. It is the most common type of fragrance available and offers a balance between longevity and intensity. EDTs are suitable for everyday wear and tend to last for a few hours on the skin.
- Eau de Parfum (EDP): EDP contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils compared to EDT, typically ranging from 15% to 20%. It offers a more intense and long-lasting scent, making it suitable for special occasions or evening wear. EDPs generally last for several hours on the skin.
- Parfum: Parfum, also known as extrait de parfum or perfume extract, has the highest concentration of fragrance oils, usually ranging from 20% to 30% or even higher. It is the most potent and long-lasting form of fragrance. Parfums typically last for many hours, and only a small amount is needed for an extended effect. Due to their high concentration, they are often more expensive than other types of fragrances.
All our items are in their original packaging. All the products are manufacturer sealed and cellophane wrapped. However certain manufacturer does not cellophane the items and we have no control on such items but we guarantee their authenticity.

Although you can place orders without opening an account, if you register with us, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders. You can open a customer account here.
You will be charged once your is accepted and payment is received.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch e-mail with your tracking link. You can then track the parcel directly with the courier. Orders are normally dispatched within a few working days. If you can’t find your e-mail, make sure you double check your junk/spam folders.
We make every effort to ensure our inventory remains well-stocked. However, if the item you're looking for is currently unavailable, our Customer Service team will notify you regarding the anticipated delivery date.
If you order after 3pm on a Friday, your order will not be dispatched until the following Monday (this can change in busy periods).
Other reasons for delays in dispatch are:
● The product you have ordered could have gone out of stock. One of our Customer Service team will be in touch via email.
● Your order could have flagged up as a risk of fraud. In which case we will place the order on hold until we have investigated this further. This may result in item not being dispatched;however, you will be notified via email.
If you have tracked your order and it shows your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of the delivery date shown, otherwise we will not be able to process your claim for the order not being received. You can do this either by calling 08002404747 Monday to Friday, between 9.30am and 4.00 pm or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will then contact the courier who will investigate. This process normally takes 72 hours and as soon as they let us know the outcome of the investigation we will be in touch.

If you are not in when our carrier attempts delivery, they will post an information card through your letterbox with the relevant details. You must always check your tracking number in the first instance by visiting royal mail track and trace website as all our orders are sent via royal mail only and are tracked.
If you’re not home when Royal Mail try to deliver, they will leave a “something for you” card and you will be able to collect from your local Royal Mail collection point or arrange a redelivery.

At present we use Royal Mail as our main courier for all orders.
If your order is showing as delivered and you can’t locate it, firstly check with your neighbours, anyone else in your household and any safe places it could have been left. If you track your parcel using the tracking number in the shipping e-mail, you should be able to see if the parcel was left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you still can't locate it, get in touch with Customer Services via email or live chat and someone will investigate further. We’ll also ask you to fill out a denial of receipt form and ask you a few questions so we can go back to Royal Mail. Once our investigation is complete, we’ll then look at resending your order or refunding you.

The Fragrance London website prices are listed in GBP (Great British Pounds). At this time, we cannot accept payment in any other currency.
Returns, exchange and refunds.
You can return your online order via Royal Mail or any other carrier. You've got 14 days to return your order and it must be returned in an unused and unopened state. If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If returning via post, we’re not able to cover the cost of the return. Please make sure you include your order number and contact details within the parcel. For return label please visit the end of the home page. Press the Returns Label button.

When your order is refunded, we will email you on the address your order was placed to let you know. It will then be down to your individual bank’s processing time for the funds to process back into your account. Once arrived at our warehouse your return will be processed within 3-4 working days.
