Returns Label & Procedure

If you wish to return the items, must read our "Refund Policy" as provided in the Front footer page. Also note 

• Items must be returned in original condition and manufacturer sealed as supplied.
• Items once opened and used can not be returned for refund.

For returning a item, please follow the steps as below :

1.  Email us: sales@fragrancelondon.com with your order number and  clearly stating reason for the return request. 
2. Obtain Return Authorization Code via email. (Please allow 48 hours for Customer Service Agent to respond).
3. On Receipt of your Unique Returns Authorization Code via email please proceed to return the item by clicking the link below:

5. Make sure you enclose copy of the invoice/order number prior to returning the item along with your Unique Returns Authorization Code.
6. Once we receive the item back from you refund will be applied with in 24 hours and your bank may take 3-5 days for crediting the funds back to your account.

• Note: If you return the item without Returns Authorization Code we reserve the right to refuse refund. 
• Invalid return reason may result in deduction of postage charges incurred  by us for issuing original shipping & Return Label in line with Royal mail charges on your order.
