How to track my parcel
You will only be able to track your parcel once it has been packed and dispatched. Once your order has been packed and prepared for dispatch – it may take up to 3 business days for your tracking information to be updated into our delivery partner’s tracking website.

This means that in some instances, you may receive different orders you have placed together in the same parcel. For these orders, the shipping and handling charges will remain unaltered as this fee not only covers the cost of dispatch, but the preparation of the order as well.
