How to track my parcel
You will only be able to track your parcel once it has been packed and dispatched. Once your order has been packed and prepared for dispatch, it may take up to 3 business days for your tracking information to be updated into our delivery partner’s tracking website.
Parcels
Occasionally, when stock from different suppliers is made available in the same warehouse at the same time, we may consolidate orders where possible. This means that in some instances, you may receive different orders you have placed together in the same parcel. For these orders, the shipping and handling charges will remain unaltered, as this fee not only covers the cost of dispatch, but the preparation of the order as well.
As a sales website, we do not build the delivery fees into the price of the items. Our aim is for shipping fees to remain at a flat rate in the UK so that you can see the actual price we are selling the products to you at.

You must be available at the delivery address to accept and sign for your parcel.

Delivery is expected in 2-3 days from the date of dispatch. Your order will be delivered by our nominated courier and your tracking number is available in the My Account section on the website, and it will be emailed to you.
