How to track my parcel
You will only be able to track your parcel once it has been packed and dispatched. Once your order has been packed and prepared for dispatch – it may take up to 3 business days for your tracking information to be updated into our delivery partner’s tracking website.
Occasionally, when stock from different suppliers is made available in the same warehouse, at the same time we may consolidate orders where possible. This means that in some instances, you may receive different orders you have placed together in the same parcel. For these orders, the shipping and handling charges will remain unaltered as this fee not only covers the cost of dispatch, but the preparation of the order as well.
As a sales website, we do not build the delivery fees into the price of the items. Our aim is for shipping fees to remain at a flat rate in the UK so that you can see the actual price we are selling the products to you at.
The actual cost of delivery will depend on the size and weight of your order, which will be automatically calculated at “check out” and the speed at which you want your order to arrive.
Standard Tracked Delivery, 48 hours
Delivery is expected in 2 working days from the date of Dispatch. Your order will be delivered by our nominated shipper and your tracking number is available in the My Orders section on the website and it will be emailed to you. You must be available at the delivery address to accept and sign for your parcel.
Express Tracked Delivery 24 hours – £5.99 per order
Delivery is expected in 24 working hours from the date of Dispatch. Your order will be delivered by our nominated courier and your tracking number is available in the My Account section on the website and it will be emailed to you. You must be available at the delivery address to accept your parcel and sign for your parcel.
