How to track my parcel
You will only be able to track your parcel once it has been packed and dispatched. Once your order has been packed and prepared for dispatch – it may take up to 3 business days for your tracking information to be updated into our delivery partner’s tracking website.

Your order will be delivered by our nominated courier and your tracking number is available in the My Account section on the website and it will be emailed to you. You must be available at the delivery address to accept your parcel and sign for your parcel.
